Triage & fresh backup
We establish what is actually broken or what is moving, and take a full off-server backup before anything changes.
Broken-site recovery
White screens, plugin conflicts, expired SSL or domain, database errors, login lockouts — diagnosed and fixed.
Hacked-site cleanup
Contain, clean or restore, then harden: passwords, users, updates, firewall and a Search Console review request if needed.
Zero-downtime migration
Staged copy on the new host, tested on a temporary URL, SSL issued, redirects and cron jobs re-created, then a DNS switch with no visible outage.
Email & integrations protected
MX, SPF/DKIM, payment gateways, booking tools, analytics and CRM connections inventoried and verified before and after.
Verification report
Post-move checks on pages, redirects, forms, email, analytics, Search Console and speed, with the old host kept as a 7-day fallback.
How it works
- Checkout with Stripe. We email you within 1 business day to collect access details; if your site is down, reply ‘URGENT’ with the URL.
- We back up, then fix or migrate, testing everything on a staging copy before touching the live domain.
- We switch over, run the verification checklist, and send you the report with recommendations to prevent a repeat.
Questions
What does ‘from $497’ mean?
$497 covers a standard single WordPress or builder site migration, or a straightforward recovery (plugin conflict, expired SSL/domain, restore from backup). Hacked-site cleanups without a clean backup, e-commerce stores, or multi-site moves are quoted after triage before extra work begins.
Will my site go offline during the migration?
No. The new copy is fully tested on a temporary address first; the DNS switch is the last step and visitors continue to see a working site throughout.
What about my email?
If your email is hosted with your current web host, we handle it as a separate, protected step so mail is never interrupted. MX records are not changed as part of the website move.
How fast can you start?
Rescues are prioritised; we typically begin triage the same or next business day. Planned migrations are scheduled for your lowest-traffic window.
Refunds?
If we have not started work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, we bill only for completed stages.
Broken or moving, the site stays up and you stay in control.
