Questions
Does this include designing or building the website itself?
No. The Launch Package covers the infrastructure, setup, checks and handoff around a site that is being built or is ready to go live. If you also need the site built, see the 5-Page Website Package or book a call and we will scope both together.
What does ‘from $997’ mean?
$997 covers a single site on a standard platform (WordPress or a hosted builder) with one email domain. E-commerce, multiple domains, or complex integrations are quoted after the kickoff call before any extra work begins.
Who owns the accounts afterwards?
You do. Hosting, domain, email and analytics are all set up in accounts in your business’s name; we work as an invited user and hand over the packet at the end.
How long does it take?
Typically 1–2 weeks from kickoff, depending on how quickly domain and email access are available.
Refunds?
If we have not started work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, we bill only for completed stages.
