Questions
Is there a contract?
No. It is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Does it include hosting?
No. Your hosting stays in your name. We work with your existing host.
What if my site is hacked?
Cleanup of an infection found while you're on the plan is included. Pre-existing issues found at onboarding are quoted separately.
What if I need more than 1 hour a month?
We'll quote extra work before starting.
